NEW MEMBER APPLICATION FORM

An excited new captain, eagerly receives his new tie from our Captain. 

Now is the time to introduce your Vice Captain to Sussex Golf Captains. Simply download the application form and send it to Joe. We will accept applications for next year's Captains before they are elected into office, although if they don't get voted in, we will boot them out! This will allow them to enter next year's events.

Once complete, post or email the Application Form to Joe. 

Ok, this bit is important. Please pay the initial joining fee and first year's subscription of £40, via online transfer. Then set up an annual recurring payment of £20 for the First of January, from the following year.
